The hotel staff were outstanding, incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. The rooms, while a bit dated, were clean and comfortable. The beachfront location was amazing, close to everything, but road noise was a downside. The dining was average with only Danish pastries available. Overall, a pleasant stay with great service and location.

The hotel is in a convenient location near the main area of Surfers Paradise and right across the road from the beach. The rooms were clean and tidy but showed signs of wear. The service was fantastic and easy to deal with. However, there was some road noise, and the bedroom was uncomfortably hot due to issues with the ceiling fan. Value for money needs improvement.
